GREATINDIAMART  is an e-commerce company headquartered in Delhi NCR, India. And  It was founded in October 2016 by Anjali Jain born 26 may 1993 . GREATINDIAMART is the online shopping Centre for Internet users across the country, delivering to 5000+ cities and towns in India.

History

Anjali Jain  is presently the founder of Greatindiamart.in and is 22-years old,

Anjali Jain was born to a Middle class family in Kota Rajasthan and attended Government Girls School in Kota, Rajasthan.

Personally, she has completed her Diploma Course  in Textile Designing from Polytechnic Girls College and Bachelors in Arts from Government girls College.

 

After completing 12th she joined a work place of Handicraft as per her interest and after completing diploma course in textile designing she did a job in company named Miyanbazaz as a Textile Designer in Jaipur. Also, while working she continued with her studies in order to support her family financially and working on her dreams and aspirations. She gained the desired knowledge and then decided to move elsewhere, she later joined a new company as a Consumer Handler in Sony Service Centre in Kota.

 

But eventually she wanted to do something of her own, something which could fulfil the problem of inflation in the society, something that would fulfil the needs of many, because she saw that inflation is a very big problem for a middle class family people which they face mostly while shopping. To deal with the problem of high prices for shopping products online, she initiated Greatindiamart.

She not only fulfils her dream of creating the most reliable and easy platform for many who wanted online shopping in budget but also solves a pain-point for many.

 

She left her job and came to Delhi for market research. With the help of her brother who was already staying and working as a software engineer in Delhi, she got to gain knowledge about the know-how of the business and e commerce industry and the way products pass from one end to the other involving mediators.

She analyzed that the rates of the products rise drastically with every stage it passes through from the Manufacturers, Agent, Wholesaler, Retailers and then finally to the Customers, which accounts to be unaffordable for a common middle and lower class person as the price goes four times higher than the original price.

 

She always had a motive that she would provide the best quality products from manufacturers to the peoples in very lower/reliable price.

Apart from providing affordable products to people, she also focused on lifting up women community in the country. She started providing employment to women from MSME’s and orphanages so that these women could work from home by making home based products such as crafts, jewelry, decorative items etc and sell it through her website. It not only provided them with a platform to earn money but also helped them to gain status and respect in their families and society.
